Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare - Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist (Spanish / English with Upselling).

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce patients to the program and assist them in enrolling via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Gather patient insights on the enrollment experience to identify areas for growth and opportunity

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Preferred experience in customer support, outbound calls, or sales lead conversion
• Ability to build relationships and navigate challenges effectively
• Tech-savvy and capable of multitasking across different systems
• Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
