Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Medicare Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a predetermined goal of outbound calls to educate beneficiaries about available Medicare benefits and schedule appointments
• Maintain high productivity and enthusiasm while engaging with beneficiaries during calls
• Attend team meetings and manage daily tasks related to follow-ups and appointment scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Medicare telesales, telemarketing, or customer service in a call center
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, Khmer, Creole, Mandarin, Arabic, or other languages
• Proven track record of meeting quotas in a telesales or call center role
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
