Bilingual Guest Services Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Overnight Bilingual Guest Services Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests through incoming voice calls and text messaging, ensuring courteous and professional service
• Maintain communication with properties regarding guest requests and document them accurately in the system
• Assist guests with various requests and provide information about hotel features and local events

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer-facing work experience, preferably in hospitality or sales
• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Windows-based applications
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in various situations
