A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist potential customers with navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes
• Resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers while ensuring quick and thorough responses
• Utilize multiple communication channels to interact with customers and document interactions using support ticketing software

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume contact center environment
• Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools
• Strong passion for helping people, particularly regarding their health
