Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate (Canada, Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Copywriting, proofreading, and editing campaign landing pages while coordinating communication between brands and the internal ops team
• Troubleshooting billing issues and addressing client inquiries
• Partnering with the Account Manager to meet client goals and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agency partners

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in a customer success role
• Basic knowledge of Canva and experience with CRM software
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and/or influencer marketing
• Experience in a start-up environment is an asset
• Proficient with Google Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
