A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I Operations Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels
• Respond to incoming and outgoing communications regarding Federal Student Aid Loan Servicing
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
• Fluency in English and a specified secondary language
• Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications
