Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish and English Pre-Visit Care Connector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to members and receive inbound calls
• Complete Pre-Visit Assessments by documenting member information and ensuring access to Primary Care Providers
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of call center and/or telephonic customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• 2+ years of healthcare experience or social work/community outreach/advocacy experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
