Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mac Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end-user MAC and Windows systems and applications
• Troubleshoot requests remotely via phone, email, or remote technologies
• Support Microsoft Office applications for Mac and Windows users

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with MAC OS X and iOS
• Minimum of three years in troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Proficiency with JAMF and broad knowledge of technology hardware and software
• Thorough knowledge of peripherals in an enterprise environment
• Experience with iPhone models thirteen or higher
