Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bi-lingual Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods
  • Assess user issues and provide first level support for problem resolution
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
