Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and identify their assistance needs regarding benefits, eligibility, authorizations, and claims
  • Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Review and research healthcare claims from providers, navigating multiple systems to provide updates and communicate effectively
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer concerns
  • Ability to complete a 5-week paid training class and demonstrate proficiency
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours and occasional overtime as needed
