• Report reimbursement trends or delays to management and perform related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of related experience in customer service, medical billing, or benefits verification
• Proficient in Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with verification of insurance benefits preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
