Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, identifying issues and providing solutions
• Document customer accounts accurately in client systems
• Follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
• Flexibility in working schedule, including availability on weekends
• Computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and drug test
