Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Strategy Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic benefits consultant and trusted advisor to employer clients, focusing on High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)
• Lead data-driven consultative engagements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results for clients
• Analyze client data and industry benchmarks to provide actionable insights that enhance client program goals and employee financial wellness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in related fields such as business, engineering, analytics, or finance
• Typically, 8+ years of experience in health benefits, including relationship management or client service consulting
• Experience with Consumer Directed Benefits (HSA, FSA, etc.)
• High proficiency in analytics, statistics, financial modeling, and Excel
• Strong project management and client engagement experience across global markets
