Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations to understand the root causes and patterns of problematic behaviors
• Design personalized strategies and oversee the implementation of intervention plans
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and track progress

Required Qualifications

• Recent experience in Behavior Analytics and Mitigation
• Experience as an Analyst in a DLP setting
• Insider Risk/Threat experience
• Deep understanding of human psychology and behavioral patterns
• Proficiency in ABA principles and techniques
