Avaya Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator (Avaya Aura CM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of clinic telephony systems to Avaya Aura Communication Manager
• Perform upgrades and configurations to existing Avaya systems at clinical sites
• Document all changes, configurations, and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting or engineering Avaya Aura Communication Manager environments
• Experience performing telephony migrations and system upgrades
• Deep understanding of hunt groups, vectoring, VDNs, and call routing
• Experience in healthcare or clinical environments preferred
• Familiarity with System Manager and Session Manager
