Epic Willow Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Applications Analyst - Epic Willow (Inpatient Pharmacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IS liaison to ensure expectations for IS application services are met
• Understand and document business needs, recommending appropriate IS solutions and managing application lifecycle
• Provide 24x7 operational support, manage vendor relations, and oversee small to medium business projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-5 years of experience in Information Services or a related area
• B.A./B.S. in Information Systems or a related field required; relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification preferred
• Experience with pharmacy third-party systems is a plus
• Business Analyst Certifications are a plus
