Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email
• Review proposals to ensure services are performed according to manufacturer requirements and negotiate pricing
• Contact clients to provide recommendations and gain approval for repair procedures

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding counties
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Six months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
• Degree in Automotive Technology and ASE certifications preferred
