Automation Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Program Manager - PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiates, plans, and executes strategic initiatives focused on automation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
• Acts as a liaison between process and technology, providing advice on solutions for existing gaps and opportunities
• Leads automation initiatives by leveraging knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle and ensuring alignment with enterprise strategies

Required Qualifications

• Six (6+) years of experience in project management, including two (2+) years managing AI/ML and RPA initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end delivery of AI and RPA products
• Hands-on experience with project teams, including status monitoring and risk reporting
• Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management applications
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification
