Infra Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full process management of the company's infrastructure-related projects (such as cloud computing, system deployment, network architecture, etc.), ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget;
• Coordinate multiple resources including product, R&D, operation and maintenance, security, etc., sort out project requirements, and develop executable project plans;
• Lead project progress tracking, resource allocation, risk control and cross-departmental communication to solve various problems in the project in a timely manner;
• Prepare and maintain project documents, including project plans, requirements documents, change records and summary reports;
• Continuously optimize project management processes to improve team delivery efficiency and collaboration capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer, information management, electronic engineering, etc., is preferred;
• More than three years of IT or technical project management experience, experience in complex or large-scale project management is preferred.
• Familiar with mainstream project management methods (such as Agile Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), and can flexibly apply them to different types of projects;
• Have good communication skills in both Chinese and English, and be competent in English project communication and document output;
• Clear logic, good stress resistance, organisational and coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Have experience in using mainstream cloud platforms such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP for project management;
• Holds PMP, Scrum Master and other project management certifications.
