Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Claims Representative (Property Damage).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct claim investigations and adjust commercial auto claims from a remote office
• Identify coverage issues and analyze coverage questions while obtaining necessary evidence
• Establish damages and reserves, process payments, and maintain claim files according to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of auto claims adjusting practices
• Experience handling first and third-party damages (3 years plus)
• Familiarity with Business Automobile policy coverage forms
• Ability to obtain and maintain required state licenses
• Experience with various types of claims, including repairable, total loss, and cargo claims (3 years plus)
