Key Responsibilities

• Support institutional moves management by tracking deadlines, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials
• Assist in developing and submitting grant proposals, reports, and donor communications
• Conduct research to identify potential institutional funders and prepare meeting materials

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in institutional fundraising or prospect research
• Proven track record of cultivating successful institutional partnerships
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using CRM databases and prospect research tools
