About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Partner Sales Manager to lead our partner initiatives in the EMEA region. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for the region that aligns with Docebo’s business objectives and sales targets. You will drive revenue growth and build a robust pipeline of business opportunities through strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on managing and empowering Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role requires a proactive approach to collaborating with our partners, and internal sales teams to deliver effective, localized learning technology solutions to clients across diverse markets. Your efforts will ensure that Docebo’s partner ecosystem in EMEA remains a key driver of our regional success, reflecting the cultural nuances, regulatory environment, and operational needs of these markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partner Planning: Develop and implement a strategic partner plan for the EMEA region that aligns with Docebo’s overall business goals and regional sales targets. Tailor the strategy to account for EMEA market dynamics and the diversity of cultures and economies across the region.
  • Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners – with a focus on high-potential value-added resellers (VARs) – to expand Docebo’s market reach in key EMEA markets. Ensure new partners understand Docebo’s value proposition and are set up for success from day one.
  • Manage & Grow Partner Relationships: Actively manage relationships with existing EMEA partners (including VARs, GSIs and referral partners), ensuring they remain engaged, productive, and on track to achieve their sales targets. Provide guidance to help partners promote, sell, and implement Docebo’s solutions, enabling them to build high-retention recurring revenue streams while delivering value to customers.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-branded marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives tailored to regional opportunities. Drive co-selling and co-marketing efforts with VARs, GSIs and other partners to maximize Docebo’s presence at local levels – for example, coordinating product webinars, industry events, or customer presentations in local languages and contexts.
  • Partner Enablement & Support: Provide ongoing training, enablement, and support to partner teams so they are well-equipped to represent Docebo’s AI-powered learning platform effectively. This includes organizing product training sessions, sharing sales collateral adapted for EMEA audiences, and ensuring partners can demo and implement Docebo solutions to meet client needs.
  • Alignment with Internal Teams: Collaborate cross-functionally with Docebo’s EMEA sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partner activities are aligned with direct sales efforts and overall company messaging. Share market feedback from partners to internal teams to inform product updates or marketing strategies that resonate in EMEA.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess pipeline development, deal progress, and revenue attainment. Provide constructive feedback and action plans to help underperforming partners reach their goals, and recognize high-performing partners for their successes.
  • Regional Market Insight: Stay informed on EMEA market trends, competitive landscape, and relevant regulatory changes that may affect Docebo’s go-to-market. Adjust partner strategies as necessary to remain competitive and compliant across different countries.
  • Representation & Networking: Represent Docebo at partner and industry events, conferences, and trade shows across EMEA to increase brand visibility and generate new partnership opportunities. Build a strong network among the EMEA learning technology community and evangelize Docebo’s mission and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in partner management or channel sales, with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and achieving sales targets in the software or SaaS industry
  • Experience within the learning technology or LMS sector is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and cultural nuances
  • Hands-on experience managing value-added reseller (VAR) partnerships or similar channel partner programs. Familiarity with indirect sales models and how to drive success through a reseller ecosystem is essential.
  • Strong Communication & Relationship Skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in additional major EMEA languages (such as French, German, Italian, Spanish or Arabic) is highly desirable
  • Ability to think strategically about channel development while also managing details.
  • Data-driven mindset to analyse partner performance and market trends, and to translate insights into action plans.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed (approximately 30% travel, or as business requires) to meet with partners and attend events.
