Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Established Brands Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and lifecycle management for established brands, ensuring performance and LOE preparedness
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain brand revenue and optimize promotional spend
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies and monitor market dynamics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, particularly in late-lifecycle brand management
• Strong understanding of market access and commercialization strategies
• Experience in budget management and vendor oversight
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities
