Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Project Manager NAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects impacting Pharma NAM operations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, including site GMs and operational teams, to identify process improvements
• Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement solutions to enhance business efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Science, Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology) required
• 5+ years of experience in managing medium to high complexity business process projects required
• Minimum 2 years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as LEAN, 5S, and Kaizen required
• Experience with project management required
• Strong IT knowledge and background
