Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Dean, College of Business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and monitoring of academic programs, including policies and procedures
• Understand and address industry standards and accreditation needs for program design and assessment
• Analyze student learning outcomes and retention trends to implement program improvements

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five years of experience in a related field, including teaching or administration at a regionally accredited institution
• Background in curriculum development is preferred
• Experience in business and information technology is advantageous
• Doctorate degree is preferred but not required
