Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative to assist potential students in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students through calls and other communication channels to discuss educational interests and provide relevant information
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth enrollment process and address any potential obstacles for students
• Monitor student participation and progress during the enrollment process to ensure compliance with university policies

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a student-facing role within higher education
• Experience in a telemarketing sales role or customer service position with a focus on selling
• Contact/call center experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
