Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a creative environment, including two years in a senior design role
• Expert understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Generative AI tools
• Proven experience leading design projects from concept to execution
• Experience in B2B or earned media marketing is a plus
• Strong collaboration skills with a hands-on approach to creative outputs
