Associate Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Commercial Counsel to support its Legal Team with various agreements and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, interpret, and negotiate a variety of agreements with sales-assisted customers
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with contracting policies and applicable laws
• Educate stakeholders on policies and procedures while maintaining and improving contracting practices

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in a global SaaS enterprise environment
• Solid understanding of commercial contract terms and the ability to articulate them in negotiations
• Ability to identify legal risks within contracts and present summaries effectively
• Experience with global privacy regulations and knowledge of Salesforce or other quoting tools is preferred
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) for federal contracts is a plus
