Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, growth, and retention of the Customer Insights & Marketing Automation solution
• Assist with client onboarding and ensure proper utilization of the CI & MA solution
• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating requests and updates

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role or similar position
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to stay organized and manage projects independently
• Experience managing a high volume of client requests with varying needs
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is preferred
