Assistant Video Editor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Editor to support the post-production team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offload media and manage project templates and assets in cloud storage
• Set up new projects for video editors and assist in creating rough cuts and sequences
• Independently edit smaller projects and ensure quality control on finished videos

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a post-production role
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and video post-production workflows
• Proficiency in editing tools and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
