What You’ll Do
• Develop and Execute Bold Strategies: Grow our YouTube channels with out-of-the-box tactics that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
• Create Unique, Thumb-Stopping Content: Brainstorm, script, and shoot videos that make people pause their endless scrolling.
• Master Video Editing: Use your expert skills to produce content that’s not just polished, but dripping with personality and creativity.
• Analyze and Optimize: Track performance metrics, learn what works, and continuously push boundaries to keep our channels ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with our team to align content with our brand’s unique voice, but also bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Write Engaging Scripts Oozing with Value: Create binge worthy scripts that not just entertain, but provide real value and hit all the psychological points that keep watch time high af.
• Thumbnails and Title Artist: Create the highest CTR known to man (joking… half joking).
