Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Assistant Project Manager - Field Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project phases, including resource management and assignments
• Govern and report on program-level initiatives, including financial status and tenant improvement processing
• Support process development and quality initiatives while managing administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• Developing project management skills with an understanding of the project management business
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and construction management
• Strong software competency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat
