Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to support its global accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and international accounting standards
• Oversee global accounting operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Coordinate external audit processes and assist in improving internal control frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in supervisory roles
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Experience managing global accounting operations and familiarity with international compliance
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams in a dynamic environment
