Job Summary

A company is looking for a TRC Service Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair locations
• Provide documentation on maintenance and repair events while verifying the necessity and fairness of repairs
• Maintain monthly metrics, follow preventative maintenance schedules, and contribute positively to team morale

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Vocational or Technical education recommended
• 15+ years of experience in automotive or truck repair
• ASE Certified in 8 car or 6 truck repair categories
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing skills (20-25 WPM)
