Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Crisis Behavioral Health Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle behavioral health calls from members and/or providers
• Use clinical judgment to assess needs and provide guidance or escalate as needed
• Collaborate closely with team members and maintain documentation in the system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Active license as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, LISAC, LAC, LASAC, or LMSW
• 2-4 years of experience in behavioral health, including crisis interventions and case management
• Preferred telephonic counseling or managed care experience
• Computer proficiency and call documentation experience
