Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and operational delivery of application penetration tests
• Manage a team of application security testers to ensure timely and high-quality assessments
• Develop standardized methodologies and collaborate with various teams to communicate findings and drive remediation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in application security or offensive security, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of web, mobile, and API security vulnerabilities
• Experience with manual and automated pentesting tools
• Certifications such as OSCP, GWAPT, or OSWE are preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI pentesting tools is a plus
