Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Master complex software applications and assist new customers with implementation
• Map current workflows into future state application workflows and develop use cases
• Provide guidance to internal teams and customers on best practices for technology integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in healthcare technology
• 3+ years' experience navigating and troubleshooting software settings across platforms
• Subject Matter Expert in eClinical solutions and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS)
• Experience with integrating CTMS to other common systems and operational reporting
