Anticipatory Action Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Anticipatory Action Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine project management systems and guidance documents to ensure efficiency and accountability
• Manage communication and compliance with research partners and oversee subcontract management processes
• Lead coordination for narrative and financial reporting to donors, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in project management
• Demonstrated experience in partnership management
• Working knowledge of GFFO terms and compliance requirements is preferred
• Excellent digital literacy, particularly in MS Excel and project management tools
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in German is preferred
