Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Support Associate to provide administrative support to Project Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client and internal project management team to finalize project specifications and attend meetings
• Establish and maintain study filing systems, ensuring accurate records for all work undertaken
• Monitor project activities and collect necessary information for study design, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Principles

Required Qualifications

• Understanding and proficient use of SOPs required by company Quality standards
• Ability to develop strong customer management skills, anticipating and exceeding client expectations
• Ability to learn and master internal systems associated with projects
• Proficiency in using project planning tools like Microsoft Project is preferred
• In-depth understanding of clinical trials is preferred
