Analytical Expert Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analytical Expert - MOPAN Organisational Assessments and Analytical Studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to the analysis phase of MOPAN organizational assessments and thematic studies
• Apply the MOPAN 4 indicator framework to assess performance across key dimensions
• Draft analytical sections of reports and collaborate with team members to ensure methodological rigor

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience with multilateral organizations in development or humanitarian sectors
• Experience conducting organizational performance assessments or thematic research
• Familiarity with international development cooperation frameworks and the multilateral system
• Strong methodological skills in qualitative and mixed-method evaluation
• Experience working with indicators and performance frameworks
