AI Customer Success Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Customer Success Analyst who will drive the deployment of integrated AI workflows and serve as a subject matter expert on AI processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of AI Use Cases
  • Become a technical expert on the TMS system and AI partner's solution
  • Implement solutions at the Office level, training Agents and educating stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or Programs Management
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in brokerage
  • Experience in customer success and process improvement
  • Experience with technical documentation and implementing enterprise-level initiatives
  • Experience with business intelligence tools preferred (Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, etc)
