Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Community Manager to engage and grow its community of data analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and moderate community platforms such as Slack, Discord, and Gainsight PX
• Drive content creation and organize events including webinars and meetups
• Launch a Champion program to recognize and engage power users

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience managing technical or data-tool communities
• Proven track record of increasing engagement for PLG AI or SaaS products
• Experience with community analytics platforms and basic SQL/Sheets
• Prior community work in the AI, data, or modern analytics stack space
• Familiarity with Gainsight PX Guides or in-product tooltip flows
