AI Architect Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Architect Leader to manage and mentor a team of technical architects within the Data Excellence team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 technical architects, fostering their professional growth
• Serve as a technical expert for complex architectural challenges and engage with customers to ensure successful project delivery
• Champion training initiatives and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and organization

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals, preferably in a Professional Services environment
• Practical experience guiding enterprise customers on the strategic use of Agentforce
• Salesforce AI Specialist certification and Agentblazer Innovator status required
• Experience with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts
• Strong understanding of data management concepts within and outside of Salesforce
