Staff Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Staff SRE) to drive reliability practices for their Identity Security Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation and management of reliable cloud production services
• Coach engineering teams on observability best practices and performance analysis
• Manage cross-functional requirements and mentor team members on quality and design reviews

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps in a SaaS or cloud environment
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Strong proficiency with containerization technologies and/or Kubernetes
• In-depth experience with observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is preferred
