A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager for TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies for TikTok Shop to drive sales and create viral moments
• Manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop affiliate program, including onboarding and performance monitoring
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve growth targets

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing, preferably in eCommerce
• Proven success managing TikTok Shop affiliate programs or working with TikTok creators
• Strong understanding of TikTok's creator ecosystem and content trends
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and performance-based partnerships
• Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools to track KPIs
