Job Summary

A company is looking for a Skilled Trades Admissions Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the admissions process for undergraduate certificates and degrees
• Maintain exceptional communication and support for students from initial contact through enrollment
• Collaborate with the Skilled Trades Director to achieve monthly enrollment goals and improve performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of high volume sales experience in admissions, consultative service, or recruiting
• Proven track record of achieving results and delivering excellent customer service
• Proficiency in contact management database systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and adapt to changing technology
