Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise A/R collectors and ensure Accounts Receivable aging metrics are met
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans for team members
• Monitor compliance with credit and collection policies and ensure high levels of customer service

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in accounts receivable
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with credit and collections operations procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
