Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with receivables management and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receivables, collect payments, and update accounts
• Coordinate with resellers and customers for quoting and approvals to enable timely payments
• Prepare consolidated account statements and resolve billing issues

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and billing communication
• Understanding of confidential billing and accounting information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with Google G Suite and/or Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with cloud/web-based applications and Stripe is a plus
