Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of calls regarding delinquent and overdrawn accounts, making payment arrangements
• Contact members with past due accounts to set up repayment schedules and obtain payments
• Complete tasks related to collection and closure of delinquent accounts, including recommendations for repossession or charge off

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma (GED equivalent)
• Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or collections
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related to collections and repossession
• Familiarity with collection-tracking systems
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
