Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business while managing existing accounts
• Act as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and collaborate with support teams to resolve issues
• Negotiate account contracts and communicate customer feedback to internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management or related roles for technical products
• Experience in SaaS preferred
• Proven ability to contribute to onboarding and customer success processes
• Experience in relationship management and collecting customer feedback
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
